Hormone imbalance is always a symptom of something deeper going on.

One of the most common themes I see with women str

One of the most common themes I see with women struggling with hormones is under-eating and it’s amazing how simply eating more can quickly improve SO many symptoms.

Most of the time it’s not intentional. Unsurprisingly, many women under-estimate how much food they really need thanks to years of being told to skip breakfast and not eat more than 1200 calories in a day (that’s the amount of food a toddler needs btw.)

So even women who aren’t trying to diet end up under-nourishing themselves which eventually leads to a slowed metabolism, depleted nutrients and all your favorite hormone symptoms - PMS, irregular cycles, fertility struggles, acne and weight gain!

If you struggle with any of these you might want to consider whether you are truly nourishing yourself consistently. For most women that looks like 3 meals per day + multiple snacks! Idc how busy you are, you still need to eat lunch. And if your meals are missing entire food groups, that’s holding back your healing, too.

Of course, this isn’t the case for everyone. If you struggle with hormone symptoms but know you are eating enough, the next thing to focus on would be blood sugar balance + nutrient dense foods!
