Hi, I'm Flannery!
I’m a Registered Dietitian specializing in gut health and functional nutrition.
I help women overcome chronic digestive and hormonal symptoms, regain their energy and feel empowered in their health.
I am passionate about integrating functional nutrition, intuitive eating and my love of delicious food!
I decided to study nutrition after experiencing my own challenges with both digestive issues and disordered eating which is part of why gut health and a positive relationship to food are so important to me. I spent years trying to eat “perfectly” and figure out what foods to avoid to make my symptoms go away before I realized that I was only causing more problems and more stress. I learned to understand my body so I could nourish it while still enjoying the foods I love (and not driving myself crazy!) My goal now is to help my clients do the same so they can heal imbalances and prioritize their health using functional nutrition in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.
