Berry Tahini Smoothie

Start your morning with a creamy smoothie packed with protein, antioxidants and minerals!

Servings 1 serving

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 - 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup cashew or almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • a few shakes of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Top with granola, bee pollen or hemp seeds, if desired!
